A Celebration of Father Leonard E. Boyle, O.P. on the Twentieth Anniversary of his Death

On 25 October 2019 the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies will mark the twentieth anniversary of the death of Father Leonard E. Boyle, O.P., with a special day in celebration of his career organized by M. Michèle Mulchahey, the inaugural holder of the Leonard E. Boyle Chair in Manuscript Studies at the Institute. A panel of speakers whose work represents Father Boyle’s wide range of interests will reflect upon Father Boyle’s legacy as a scholar, mentor, friar, and an incomparable friend.

All sessions will be held in Madden Hall (in Carr Hall, 100 St Joseph Street), St Michael’s College, with a closing Reception in the Institute Library. A buffet lunch will be served—please let us know if you plan to attend the lunch so we will know how many people to expect.
